Rochford Base

Uhu_Feldjaeger (aka X_MAT) took over the CFC base and bombed the outhouse near Canelo's Cantina! Oooops, it was accidently, I swear! The Uhu_Squadron told me to give the base back to the guys! Here it is! Sorry for the wholes near the outhouse!

You guys got to see this, scenery includes features discussed in Canelo's Cantina.

Pinball
by Neil Park (RAF_Nello)

A ball bearing factory near St.Omer has been taken over by the Germans and is producing very important bearings for the German fighting machine. Intelligence has discovered that this factory is producing parts for the New Jet Engine fighter the Germans are building. It is critical to the Allies that this factory be completely destroyed to have a big impact on the German development of the Jet aircraft and the building of more of their War Machinery.

Tired of the ZONE?

Monday, January 17, 2000

Members on our Message Board have been holding IP games and been having a blast.  The daily & nightly IP games are listed in the IP Multiplayer 'TrogFighters' and IP Multiplayer 'ALL' Forums on our message board so interested users can join in the fun.   For new members we have a IP Multiplayer 'New Pilots' forum where often master pilots join in and show new players a few moves.

Trogfighters is the concept of a "level playing field" gameplay created by Trog.  These Multiplayer Trogfighter games use specially designed aircraft for a "level playing field".  One of the main problems in multiplayer is making sure the players have the right aircraft because if they haven't you will not see the correct visual image which is very important.  With TrogFighter everyone has the the same set of aircraft with the same .air and .dp files.   See our Trogfighters page for downloads and more details, click on the link below.

RAF 662nd 1st Anniversary Blitz!!

Saturday, January 15, 2000

This month marks the 1st Anniversary of the RAF 662nd CFSG. As you have all seen we have also just passed the "Century Mark" for our membership. To mark these two occasions we will be having a get together This Saturday starting 2000 hrs Zulu time. For you Time zone challenged members (like me) that equates to Noon PST, 3pm EST and 8pm GMT. The rest of you are on your own. We will start in the Big Fur Ball unless otherwise notified in the Guernsey Morning Times. As always this is a voluntary event. But please make every effort to attend. Zero hour (The time we invade Ridge Runners will be at 2100hrs) or one hour after we start. I hope to have 100 members bust into Ridge Runners at once. Maybe we can crash the system! Feel free to come and go throughout the day, but I hope to keep a strong presence on the Zone all day long. Make sure to have your Mulitswap installed and working as I'm sure we will be running a number of those missions as well as other bomber runs. Brush up on your team tactics with your partner as I'm sure we will get some practice sessions in for the upcoming 2 on 2 tournament. All RAF members, friends and allies are welcome to join us for this celebration. Nay sayers or ax to grinders are invited to keep out. I look forward to seeing you all there.
